- Order info: delivery address, items purchased, payment method.

- To send order confirmations, delivery updates, and support replies.
- To improve our website, recommendations, and service quality.
- With your consent, to send marketing emails (you can unsubscribe any time).
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:
- Delivery partners — to fulfill your order.
- Payment processors (MTN MoMo, Airtel Money, card networks) — to process payments.
- Authorities — when required by Ugandan law.
Data security
We use industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/TLS) for all communications, and passwords are hashed using bcrypt. Payment details are never stored on our servers — they are handled by certified payment processors.
Your rights
- Access, update, or delete your account information at any time from My Account.
- Request a copy of all data we hold about you by emailing privacy@smartrendz.ug.
- Opt out of marketing emails via the unsubscribe link in any message.
