We want you to love what you buy from Smartrendz. If something isn't right, you can return most items within 7 days of delivery.
7-Day Window
From the day your order is delivered.
Original Condition
Unused, in original packaging with all accessories.
Non-Returnable
SIM-activated phones, opened software, gift cards.
How to start a return
- Go to My Orders and pick the order you want to return.
- Email support@smartrendz.ug with the order number and reason.
- Our team will respond within 1 business day with pickup/drop-off instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method (Mobile Money or card). Cash on Delivery refunds are sent via Mobile Money.
Damaged or wrong item
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — no questions asked.
