Accessories
3–6 months warranty
What's covered
- Manufacturing defects and component failures under normal use.
- Battery defects within the first 6 months.
- Display and touch issues not caused by physical damage.
What's not covered
- Physical damage (cracked screens, dents, water damage).
- Damage from unauthorized repairs or modifications.
- Normal wear and tear, cosmetic issues.
- Loss or theft of the device.
How to claim warranty
- Email support@smartrendz.ug with your order number and a description of the issue (include photos/video if possible).
- Our team will verify warranty eligibility within 1 business day.
- Approved claims are repaired, replaced, or refunded — typically within 7–14 days.
Keep your order confirmation and the original packaging until the warranty period ends.
